Can each stylist set their own schedule?
Yes. Every stylist has their own weekly availability, blackout dates, breaks, and service list. Stylists can also manage their own calendar from a phone if you give them access.
What about color processing time?
Set 'gap time' on any service so a 60-min color blocks 90 min of calendar time (30 min processing). Vertex won't book overlapping appointments during the gap.
Can clients book with 'any available stylist'?
Yes. Vertex shows real open slots across all qualified stylists. Or clients can pick a specific person.
